Higher protein diet plan for muscle mass developing
A high protein diet for muscle building is of the up most importance and this is a fact.

So many people come to me wanting to lose weight and or build muscle and 90% of the time their protein is no way near high enough to do either.

When bulking athletes will get plenty of good fats in, plenty of carbs (often too many) but never enough protein.

I always find this to be weird as protein is great for so many different reasons.
